摘要
采用机构型综合的创新构思法,对现有混凝土泵车臂架系统连杆机构进行一般化处理,归纳出4种运动链型,通过不同构件的组合,得到13种新的非同构的机构型式,其中3种非同构型式对实际应用具有参考价值。
In the paper,a new representation method of structural synthesis is adopted.The generalized managements are carried out on the boom connecting rods of the current concrete pump trucks,and four types of kinematic chains can be concluded by combing the different components.Thirteen types of non-isomorphic layouts are got,and three types of them could bring some reference value to the practical application.
