摘要
自升式井架是海洋石油钻井平台的一种常用井架,其起升形式采用液压绞车为动力,通过起升滑轮系统完成井架垂直起升过程。通过对井架起升原理及过程的阐述,确立井架底段在井架起升过程中的重要作用,确定井架底段关键的尺寸;通过对井架体起升工况下的静力学计算,用SAFI 6.5.1.2软件完成对井架底段载荷分析,合理选定主要受力构件的材料和截面。
Bootstrap mast is becoming a popular option for offshore drilling rig.It is feathered in vertical rising by the hydraulic winch and sheaves system.This text highlights the importance of the bottom section in mast raising through its raising principle and process,as well as setting forth the critical dimension of the section;In additional,this paper set forth the method to choose proper material and section for load-bearing members through static load calculation under the condition of raising the mast body,using SAFI 6.5.1.2 software to conduct the force analysis of mast bottom section.
