近年来对于血管平滑肌增生的研究越来越多,从生理学上讲,血管平滑肌增生对于新生血管的生长是非常必要的,但受到生长因子和其他环境信号的影响,血管平滑肌增生也会导致心血管疾病和病理状态的发生,如高血压、粥样硬化病变形成、
