从维持我国竞技体育可持续发展和净化全运会竞赛秩序出发,对全运会竞赛计分办法变化的动因进行研究。为确保"举国体制"下竞技体育的可持续发展、确保全运会更好地为奥运会服务,对全运会计分办法的发展提出了建议:确保计分办法稳定性和发展性的统一;扩大奥运会奖励面、并区别对待;加大基础项目、集体球类青少年组的奖励力度、并形成长效机制;完善政策,为西部地区竞技体育发展提速。

The research focus on the National Games competition scoring approach motivation. It is motivated by the strategy of maintaining the sustainable development of athletics sports in China and the purification of the National Games competition order. In order to have a sustainable development of athletics under the ＂Nation - Sponsored Sports System＂ and to make the National Games the foundation of the Olympic Games, the advices for the development of scoring in National Games are of- fered as follows ; to realize the unification of stability and development in scoring; to ensure the stability and development of scoring approaches unity; to expand Olympic Games reward and distinction; to strengthen infrastructure project including the collective sports youth group incentive strength and the formation of long - term mechanism ; to speed up the development of competitive sports in western region
