摘要 当煤矿井下隔爆电气设备发生爆炸时,隔爆外壳的受力十分复杂,整体刚度要求很高。外壳结构性能需要依靠国标规定的试验手段来检验,试验非常复杂且成本高。文章针对科技攻关项目提供的软起动模型,根据设计要求,利用Hyper-Mesh建立有限元模型,Radioss求解器进行求解,得到隔爆箱体在1MPa压力作用下的应力和应变,为下一步冲击分析和结构改进提供理论依据。 When explosion-proof electrical equipment of coal mine underground occurs explosion, the stress of the flame-proof enclosure is very complex, the overall stiffness demands for the flame-proof enclosure is quite high. Shell structure performance was tested via national standards test mean, which was very complex and costly. According to soft start model provided by scientific and technological project, based on the design requirements, finite element model was established by using Hyper-Mesh, Radioss solver was used to solve, stress and strain of the flameproof enclosure at a pressure of 1MPa were obtained, which would provide theoretical basis for the next impact analysis and structure improvement.
