羽毛球步法是羽毛球技术的重要组成部分,在实战中具有十分重要的地位和作用,学习掌握熟练、快速而准确的步法是打好羽毛球、提高运动水平的重要环节。本文介绍了羽毛球专项课中几种步法训练的教学方法。

Badminton footwork is an important part of badminton technology, which plays a very important position and role in actual combat. Skilled, fast and accurate footwork is an important link to play badminton well and improve sports level. In this paper, teaching methods of several footwork training in the badminton special class were introduced.
