用人单位要求应届毕业生有工作经验的“悖论”的教改实践研究

Paradox Educational Practice Research on the Employer Requiring the Graduates with Work Experience

针对用人单位要求应届毕业生有工作经验和应届毕业生无工作经验的矛盾,本文通过对该矛盾进行调查分析,总结出了该矛盾的实质在于大学功能的缺失和大学生自身素质的缺陷,提出了破解该矛盾的教改方案,根本性地解决"用人单位要求应届毕业生有工作经验和应届毕业生无工作经验"这个矛盾。

According to the contradiction which employer required the graduates with work experience and fresh graduates without work experience, in the articles, through the analysis on the contradiction, the essence of the contradiction was summed up that was the deficiency of university functions and the defects of college students＇ quality, the teaching reform scheme which cracked the contradiction was put forward, and the contradiction was radically solved.
