摘要 为解决空压机产能过剩而加、卸载频繁,导致供气压力波动大、能源浪费严重的问题,黔江烟厂采用变频控制技术对阿特拉斯ZR250型无油螺杆空压机进行变频控制改造,使电机转速随空压机出口压力变化自动调节,从而在恒定压力输出的基础上缩短卸载时间,实现节能运行。节能效果经第三方能源利用监测机构检测,节能率达29.93%。因此对于空压机加、卸载频繁的情况,采用变频调速控制,可以有效达到节能的目的。 To solve the problem of huge fluctuation of air supply pressure and serious waste of energy,which is caused by air compressor's frequent load and unload, because of excessive capacity of production,with the utilization of frequency conversion technology, Qianjiang Factory makes technical improvement to the ZR250 oil free screw compressor which is made by Atlas Copco corporation, by the way of making the motor's rotating rate changed automatically with the variety of air compressor outlet's pressure, and then cuts down the time of unload on the basis of constant output pressure, in order to realize energy saving.The energy efficiency benefit is tested by the energy utilization monitoring organization,and the energy saving rate is 29.93%.So,if compressor loads and unloads frequently, with the utilization of frequency conversion control technology, it can realize energy saving.
