摘要
结合国内热电厂2×200 MW调峰供热机组的工程设计,对锅炉的风机选型进行了分析研究,从性能特点、驱动型式、运行方式及经济性等方面进行了比较,推荐一次风机采用带液力耦合器调节的离心风机,送风机采用动叶可调轴流式风机,引风机采用静叶可调轴流式风机。
Based on the design of two 200 MW peak-load regulating thermal power units at domestic thermal power plant, the selection of boiler fans for the two units is analyzed. Comparison is carried out from performance characteristics, driving type, operation mode, economy and so on. Finally, it is recommend that the centrifugal fan with a fluid coupling adjustment be used as primary air fan, the variable moving blade axial flow fan be used as forced air fan, and the variable static leaves axial flow fan be used for induced draft fan.
