350MW汽轮机轴振原因分析及处理

摘要 以某电厂一台350 MW汽轮发电机组运行为例,经检测,指出是由于基础不均匀沉降和动静碰磨的原因导致1号瓦轴振逐步爬升,期间多次检修调整均未能抑制轴振上升趋势。阐述了2011年5月利用机组A级检修进行揭缸处理,使1号瓦轴振得到较好控制,为今后的实际工作提出借鉴。 The test of a 350 MW turbine generator unit of a power plant indicated that the increasing vibration of No.1 bearing was caused by unevenly settlement of foundation and rubbing, and the vibration was not controlled although some maintenance and adjustment were done. Until May, 2011, when cylinder was uncovered in the A-level maintenance, the No. 1 beating vibration got controlled significantly, which provided some reference for the same practice in the future.
