摘要
为研制一种汽车在运动状态下的无线称量系统,利用电阻应变传感器采集外界压力信号,然后经调理放大、模/数(A/D)转换等处理后将模拟信号转换为数字信号,再由单片机(MCU)对这些数据进行处理和显示控制;并且,通过nRF24L01无线模块可对系统进行数据的实时传输与控制。实际测试效果良好,达到设计要求。文中主要介绍系统各部分硬件的设计,以及软件设计构思。
In order to develop a wireless weighting system for dynamic car, the resistance strain transducer was used to gath- ering outside pressure signal, amplifying and converting the signal from analog to digital (A/D), and then the data processing and display were controlled by MCU. What's more, the system was controlled and the data could be transmitted in real time by nRF24L01 wireless module. The system testing has good performance, and meets the design requirements. This paper describes the system hardware design and software design ideas.
