摘要
文章介绍了包钢ER70S-6焊丝用钢生产情况,为进一步提高钢材的拉拔加工性能,文章分析了钢坯的加热温度、开轧温度、吐丝温度、冷却速度对焊丝用钢拉拔性能的影响。实践证明,在包钢现有装备及工艺条件下开发ER70S-6焊丝用盘条是可行的,各项指标均满足用户要求。
In the paper,it is introduced the productions of ER70S-6 steels for welding wires.In order to further improve the drawing property of steels,the influences of temperatures of heating,beginning rolling and laying head as well as the cooling rate on it are analyzed.The practices prove that the development of ER70S-6 wire rods for welding wires is feasible with the current equipment and process conditions of Baotou Steel as well as all the indices could meet the requirements of consumers.
