Mathematical culture,as a public elective course,was an important part of education for all-round development in colleges and also an effective way of improving the combination of scientific quality-oriented education and humane quality-oriented education.Combined with the course character of mathematical culture,the article points out that opening mathematical culture in colleges is a tendency,from the aspects of improving the teachers′ offer course enthusiasm,selecting teaching content and topic teaching model,applying multimedia teaching effectively,discuss the teaching practice of improving the teaching effect and inspiring the learning interest of students.
