摘要
目前,高校在人才培养工作中,存在着师资瓶颈、硬件设施不足、思想政治教育形式单一、就业压力加大等突出矛盾,制约了人才培养目标的实现。社会组织参与高校人才培养工作具有资源、信息、实践等优势。因此,应建立社会组织参与人才培养方案制定、参与师资结构改善、参与实践教学、激励人才培养、支持人才就业工作的机制,从而促进全社会的力量共同做好高校人才的培养工作。
Innovation of talents training in the local colleges is one part of the social management innovation and it also requires social support.However,the lack of qualified teachers and facilities,a well as the increasing employment pressure,constrains personnel training.Social organizations have their own advantages of resources,information and practices in the work of talents training.Therefore,we should establish a mechanism for social organizations to participate in personnel training programs.
