家禽载脂蛋白B的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 载脂蛋白B(apolipoproteinB,ApoB)在脂类和胆固醇的运输、稳定脂蛋白的结构上有着重要作用。本文对ApoB100基因结构、功能、组织表达、其多肽性与家禽生长性能的关系以及各种添加剂对该基因表达影响的研究进行了综述。
