摘要
建立健全体现科学发展观要求的、符合高校实际的中层领导班子和干部考核评价机制,对于提升高校中层领导班子和中层干部队伍建设水平、推动高校科学发展具有重要意义。针对高校中层领导班子和干部现行考核评价工作进行分析,提出加强和改进工作的对策思考。
