布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎并喉梗阻107例疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入疗法治疗小儿急性喉炎并喉梗阻的疗效。方法将107例急性感染性喉炎患儿随机分为观察组58例和对照组49例。对照组使用地塞米松0.3~0.5mg/kg静脉推注,观察组Ⅱ度喉梗阻以下仅予布地奈德2mL加生理盐水2mL以氧源驱动雾化吸入,每6~8h1次,呼吸困难缓解后逐渐减量至停用;Ⅲ、Ⅳ度喉梗阻在使用地塞米松的基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入,剂量同上。观察两组治疗效果。结果Ⅱ度以下喉梗阻时观察组显效率83.7%(41/49),对照组显效率85.4%(35/41),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅱ度以上喉梗阻时观察组显效率88.9%(8/9),对照组显效率37.5%(3/8),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎并喉梗阻疗效确切。
