摘要
目的探讨岛状皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤中血液流变学的变化及川芎嗪的保护性作用。方法将112只大鼠随机分为假手术组(SO组)、对照组(IR组)、低分子右旋糖酐组(低右组)和川芎嗪组(TMP组),每组再随机分为2 h组、4 h组、6 h组、8 h组。在术前30 min分别给予生理盐水(SO组、IR组)、低分子右旋糖酐、川芎嗪注射液腹腔注射,一次性给药。术后检测各组大鼠血液中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及血液流变学指标。结果除血浆黏度外,TMP组、低右组的6 h、8 h分别和IR组、SO组的6 h、8 h比较,血液流变学差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TMP组和低右组各自时间点的比较血流变差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SOD:IR组内6 h、8 h与2 h、4 h比较,川芎嗪组和低右组的6 h、8 h与IR组的6 h、8 h组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MDA:IR组内8 h与2 h、4 h比较,川芎嗪组和低右组的6 h、8 h与IR组的6 h、8 h比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪注射液能够防治游离皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤。
Objective To explore the hemarheology changes in the island flap ischemic reperfusion injury and the protective effect of ligustrazine.Methods 112 rats were randomized into a pseudo-surgery group,a control group,a low molecular dextran group(LMD group)and a ligustrazine group.Each group was subdivided into a 2 h subgroup,4 h subgroup,6 h subgroup and 8h subgroup separately.30min before surgery,the intraperitoneal injection of one-off administration was given with the physiological saline(pseudo-surgery group and control group),LMD and ligustrazine injection separately.After surgery,the blood malondialdehyde(MDA)content,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and hemarheology indicators were detected in the rats of each group.Results Except plasma viscosity,in comparison of the ligustrazine group,6 h and 8 h subgroups of LMD groups with the control group and 6h and 8 h subgroups of the pseudo-surgery group,the differences in hemarheology were significant statistically(P0.05).The differences were not significant statistically in comparison of the ligustrazine group with every time-point subgroup of LMD group(P0.05).Concerning to SOD activity,the differences were significant statistically between the 6 h and 8 h subgroups and the 2 h and 4 h subgroups of the control group,in comparison of the ligustrazine group and the 6 h and 8 h subgroups of LMD group with the 6 h and 8 h groups of the control group(P0.05).Concerning to MDA content,the differences were significant statistically in comparison of the 8 h subgroup with the 2 h and 4 h subgroups of the control groups,and the ligustrazine group and the 6 h and 8 h subgroups of LMD group with the 6 h and 8h groups of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine injection can prevent from and treat the free flap ischemic reperfusion injury.
