Study on Safety Management Mode of Rail Transit Engineering

管理方面的不足是我国各城市轨道交通工程安全事故频发的主要原因。针对轨道交通工程安全管理现状,以及业主在安全管理中的重要作用,提出引入安全管理咨询机构的轨道交通工程安全管理模式和管理职责。结合轨道交通工程安全管理案例,阐述安全管理咨询机构的工作内容,为我国轨道交通工程安全管理提供参考。

Defect of management is the root cause which results in frequent safety accidents of rail transit engineering of cities in China.Aiming at the current situation of safety management of rail transit engineering,as well as the important role of the owner in it,the safety management mode of rail transit engineering with introducing the consulting agency of safety management and relevant management responsibilities are proposed.The work content of the consulting agency is stated combined with cases of safety management of rail transit engineering,which will provide reference for the safety management of rail transit engineering of cities in China.
