建筑安全事故认知与身份特征关系诊断

Diagnosis of Relations between Accident Cognitive and Identity Characteristics on Chinese Constrution Safety

建筑安全主体的身份特征属性对其建筑安全管理认知、技术措施认识和事故认知具有一定的社会属性制约。本文构建了建筑安全主体身份特征与安全认知模型研究这种社会属性制约,基于SEM方法提出了4个因子15个观测变量,并采用LISREL8.53软件验证因子及观测变量之间的关系。个案研究发现:主体身份特征对建筑安全管理、技术措施和事故认知具有较强的社会属性效应,并且主体身份特征通过安全管理、技术措施对安全事故认知的正效应也比较明显。因此,通过建筑安全主体身体特征及其安全管理或技术措施学习重塑,均可有效提高建筑安全事故的认知。本研究对通过重塑建筑安全主体身份特征的安全社会属性从而提升建筑安全水平具有重要的社会学视角价值。

the subject＇s identity characteristics（SIC） of construction safety have a certain social attribute restriction for the construction safety management cognitive（CSMC）,technical measure cognitive（TMC） and construction accident cognitive.Based on this hypothesis,this paper constructs the identity characteristic and safety cognitive model of construction safety,and provides 4 latent variables and corresponding 15 observable variables with structural equation model.Empirical study is carried out by the LISREL 8.53 software and finds that SIC of construction safety have the significant social attribute effect on the CSMC,TMC and accident cognitive.At the same time,through the CSMC and TMC,the SIC of construction safety shows obvious positive effects.So,by the remodeling the variables of SIC,CSMC,TMC and accident cognitive,the construction safety cognitive could be improved effectively.From the sociology respective,this research has the values by reconstructing the safety social attribute of SIC to promote the level of construction safety.
