摘要
由于水下隧道位于江河湖海之下,纵坡呈"U"型或"V"型等特点,因此在建设及运营过程中面临着诸多风险。文中对水下隧道风险管理研究进行了总结和评述。着重总结了风险评估的方法以及水下隧道风险评估体系的建立,并对水下隧道重要阶段的风险提出了应对措施。最后对水下隧道风险管理研究工作进行了展望。
Because underwater tunnel is under the rivers and lakes,its longitudinal slope is of U or V type with some other characteristics,so in construction and operation process it is facing many risks.In this paper the underwater tunnel risk management is summarized and reviewed.Mainly the risk assessment method is summarized and underwater tunnel risk evaluation system is established,then the risk controls are put forward to the several important stages of the underwater tunnel project.Finally an outlook of the underwater tunnel risk management is provided.
