前列腺液中分离出黏液型皮氏罗尔斯顿菌1株

摘要 患者，男，26岁。因尿频、尿急、下腹部隐痛不适于2011年12月6日到本医院门诊进行诊治。直肠指检，前列腺呈饱满、增大，有轻度压痛，拟诊为细菌性前列腺炎，并进行前列腺液培养及常规检查。前列腺炎常规检查结果白细胞（＋＋），卵磷脂小体（＋＋）。
