摘要
针对连续轧制生产线上的曲柄摆式飞剪的两自由度复杂合成运动,采用齐次坐标变换法建立其运动学模型。通过仿真分析,可得到满足剪切同步要求条件的曲柄的离散控制转速及咬入转角,指导摆式飞剪的优化设计和剪切控制。
For complex composite motion of two degrees of freedom crank tilting flying shear in the continuous rolling production line, kinematics model is established using the homogeneous coordinate transformation method. Through the simulation analysis, and to meet the requirements of the shear synchronization, the discrete eontrol speed of the crank and bite angle is obtained, and provide a advice for optimization of design and cut control of tilting flying shear.
