摘要
针对风电场运行维护、故障诊断及监控的需要,提出了基于LabVIEW的风力发电机组远程在线监控系统的设计方法。通过利用虚拟仪器灵活的编程语言和强大的数据处理分析及网络通信技术,进而实现系统的远程在线监控。阐述了系统的硬件组成、软件设计及各个界面的功能,通过对风力发电机组温度采集部分的介绍,来分析整个风力发电机组系统的数据采集的思路。着重介绍了利用LabVIEW Web Server网络通信技术,将开发的系统界面发布在Web上的实现过程,并在客户端通过浏览器对远程数据进行监控。整个设计系统经实验验证表明性能良好、实现简单,可以作为风力发电机组的数据采集和远程监控使用。
Considering the need of the wind farm running and maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring, this paper put forward based on LabVIEW design method of remote online monitoring system of wind power generators. System of remote online monitoring is achieved, due to virtual instrument's flexible programming language, powerful data processing analysis,and network communication technologies. This article gives the system hardware, software design and interface functions,through the introduction of temperature collecting parts of wind power generators, In order to analyze the entire data acquisition of wind power generators system. Highlights the LabVIEW Web Server network communication technologies,realization of publishing on the Web system interface development process, and the client can monitor remote data through the browser. Experimental results verify its simplicity, good performance and show it can be applied in data acquisition and remote monitoring for wind power generators.
