摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制备超级电容器用二氧化锰(MnO2)电极材料,研究pH值、干凝胶焙烧温度对产物的影响。制备的MnO2为直锰矿型,晶体呈纤维丝状,颗粒结构松散、内部孔道较大,有利于电子传输和离子扩散。在pH值为8.0、干凝胶焙烧温度为350℃时制得的MnO2性能最好。以0.5mol/LNa2SO4为电解液,制得的MnO2组装电容器,以66.5mA/g的电流在0~0.8V进行恒流充放电,比电容达169.05F/g。
Manganese dioxide( MnO2) electrode material for supercapaeitor was prepared by sol-gel method, the effects of pH value and xerogel calcination temperature to the product were studied. The prepared MnO2 was Ramsdellite, the crystal was fiber fila- mentous, the structure of particle was loose, the internal hole-channel was big and benefit to electron transfer and ion diffusion. The prepared MnO2 with the pH value of 8.0 and the xerogel calcination temperature of 350℃ had the best performance. When gal- vanostatie charged-discharged in 0 - 0.8 V, 66.5 mA/g, the specific capacitance of capacitor assembled with prepared M nO2 and 0.5 mol/L Na2S04 as electrolyte was 169.05 F/g.
