手术室护理安全因素分析及防范措施的探讨

Analysis of operating room nursing safety factors and study on preventive measures

目的探讨手术室护理安全因素及防范措施效果。方法分析该院手术室救治的200例患者的临床资料,依据是否对不安全因素采取预先防护措施分为对照组(普通护理)100例和观察组(普通护理联合预防性措施护理)100例。结果观察组不安全事件管理情况和不安全事件管理实施效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普通护理联合预防性措施护理可以有效减少手术室不安全事件发生率,提高临床护理质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the operating room nursing safety factors and the effect of preventive measures.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients rescued in the operating room were analyzed and divided into the control group（common nursing,100 cases） and the observation group（coomon nursing plus preventive measures,100 cases） according to whether or not adopting the preventive measures on unsafe factors.Results The management situation of the unsafe events and the implementation effect of unsafe events management in the observation group was significantly superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Common nursing combined with the preventive measures nursing can effectively reduce the incidence rate of operating room unsafe events,improve the quality of clinical nursing care and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
