摘要
通过对挤压造粒机的减速箱检修数据测量、记录与解体检查,发现机组异常振动的原因是齿轮齿面出现点蚀及输入轴轴颈磨损严重,导致齿轮啮合精度、轴承配合精度降低。在技术改造中采取更换第一级齿轮,保证齿轮啮合精度;修复磨损的输入轴,改变轴与轴承的配合等措施,最终解决了机组振动与噪音问题。
After measuring the overhaul data and record and disassembly inspection of the reduction gearbox of the extrusion granulator,it is found out that abnormal vibration of the unit is caused by pitting corrosion on the gear surface and severe wear of the input shaft journal,which leads to the reduction of the gear meshing precision and the bearing fit precision.In the technical transformation,measures including replacement of the first gear drive to ensure the meshing precision of the gear,restoring the worn input shaft and changing the shaft fit with the shaft bearing are adopted.And thus the vibration of the unit and the noise problems are solved.
