参苓白术散加减治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染随机对照临床研究

SHENLINGBAIZHU Powder for the Treatment of Children with Recurrent Respiratory Infections Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[目的]观察参苓白术散加减治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效。[方法]采用随机对照方法。将60例随机分为两组,治疗组30例使用参苓白术散加减(成分:党参、茯苓、白术等),1剂/d,加水350mL,武火煎开后,再用文火煎25min,过滤取汁,每剂煎2次,合并煎液后早晚各1次,分2次服用;对照组30例应用转移因子口服溶液,1～2支(10～20mL)/次,2～3/d次,口服。治疗30d停药随访1年进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率66.67%,总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]参苓白术散加减治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效满意。

[Objective]Observed SHENLINGBAIZHU powder in treating children with recurrent respiratory tract infections.[Methods]Use a randomized,controlled method.60 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group 30 cases SHENLINGBAISHU Decoction（ingredients：Codonopsis,Poria cocos,Atractylodes）,one Agent/d,Add water,350mL,After the opening of the arms gently,And then the text gently25min,Filtered juice,Fry 2 per dose,Combined decoction and 1 time in the morning and evening,Divided into two doses;Control group of 30 patients were treated with transfer factor for oral solution,1~2 branch（10~20mL）/time,2~3times/d,Oral.To determine the efficacy of treatment of 30d.[Results]Treatment group,the total efficiency is 90.00%,Control group is 66.67%.Follow-up observation,the treatment group cure rate,total effective rate was significantly higher（P0.05）.[Conclusion]SHENLINGBAISHU Decoction satisfied with the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections.
