千金苇茎汤合桑白皮汤联合抗生素治疗老年社区获得性肺炎随机对照临床研究

The Randomized Controlled Clinical Study of Aged Patients with Community Acquried Pneumonia Treated by Qianjinweijing Decoction and Sangbaipi Decoction combined with Antibiotics

[目的]观察千金苇茎汤合桑白皮汤联合抗生素治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。[方法]采用随机、对照方法,将80例患者按就诊时间分层随机分组法,分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用抗生素加常规对症治疗;治疗组在抗生素和常规对症治疗基础上内服千金苇茎汤合桑白皮汤(药用苇茎、薏苡仁、冬瓜仁、桃仁、桑白皮等)。观测咳嗽咳痰等症状、体温、肺部啰音及胸片阴影吸收的变化。连续治疗10d判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率75.00%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的体温、咳嗽、肺部啰音及胸片阴影吸收等消失或恢复正常的时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]千金苇茎汤合桑白皮汤联合抗生素治疗老年社区获得性肺炎可提高临床疗效,缩短病程。

[Objective]To observe the Clinical effect of Qianjinweijing Decoction and Sangbaipi Decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of Community-acquired pneumonia in the aged.[Methods]Adopt stochastic contrast method,eighty patients were selected and randomly divided to treatment group and control group,each group had 30 patients.The control group was given with antibiotics and Conventional symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was given with Qianjinweijing Decoction and Sangbaipi Decoction for oral administration On the basis of antibiotics and Conventional symptomatic treatment（containing weijing,yiyiren,dongguaren,taoren,sangbaipi,etc）.the changes of cough,expectoration,temperature,lung rales and absorption of shadows on chest radiography were observed.[Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,while the control group was 75.00%,the clinical efficacy in treatment group is better than the control one（P0.05）.The recovery time of clinical cough、temperature、lung rales and absorption of shadows on chest radiography were obviously shortened in the treatment group compared with the control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Qianjinweijing Decoction and Sangbaipi Decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of Community-acquired pneumonia in the aged could improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the course.
