摘要
[目的]观察定喘汤加减治疗热性哮喘疗效。[方法]将140例随机分两组。治疗组72例使用定喘汤加减(药用麻黄、杏仁、桑白皮、黄芩,等),1剂/d,水煎服,分早晚2次,150mL/次。对照组68例使用多索茶碱,300mg/次,2次/d,口服。两组均以30d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率93.06%,对照组总有效率77.94%,总有效率治疗组优于对照组。[结论]定喘汤加减治疗热性哮喘具有较好的临床疗效。
[Objective]To observe effect of treating hot sexual asthma with jiajian ding chuandecoction.[Method]The 140 cases were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 72 cases with jiajian ding chuan decoction（Drug use Mahuang,Xingren,Shangbaipi,Huangqin,etc）,1agent/d,Water frying take,Points two morning and evening,150mL/time.coutrol groug 68 cases with Doxofylling,300mg,bid,po.Both groups to 30d for a period of treatment,Afer a period of treatment for 1 judg curative effect.[Results]The treatment group the total effective rate for 93.06%,The control group the total effective rate for 77.94%,The total effective rate of the treatment group than in control group.[Conclusion]The curative effect of jiajian ding chuan decoction on treating hot sexual asthma better.
