梅花针配合火罐治疗局限性神经性皮炎随机对照临床研究

Plum Blossom Acupuncture and Cupping Treatment Limitations Neurodermatitis Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[目的]观察梅花针配合火罐治疗局限性神经性皮炎临床疗效。[方法]采用随机、对照方法,将136例按随机数字表法,分为治疗组与对照组,每组68例。观察组采用梅花针配合火罐治疗,1次/3d;对照组采用常规全身对症治疗和局部外用药。两组均治疗2疗程(30d)后进行疗效判定和跟踪随访。[结果]治疗组总有效率94.10%,对照组总有效率81.20%,总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。对两组治愈及好转的患者进行1年的跟踪随访,复发率观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]采用梅花针配合火罐治疗局限性神经性皮炎疗效显著优于常规全身对症治疗和局部外用药,且复发率明显较低。

[Objective] Plum Blossom Acupuncture and clinical efficacy of cupping treatment of localized neurodermatitis.[Methods] Randomized,controlled method,136 cases according to the random number table,into treatment group and control group（n=68 cases）.The observation group were treated with plum-blossom needle and cupping therapy,1 / 3d;control group using conventional systemic symptomatic treatment and local external use.The two groups were treated for 2 courses（30d） to determine the efficacy and followed up.[Results] The total efficiency of 94.10% in the control group the total effective rate 81.20%,the total efficiency of the treatment group than the control group（P0.01）.Followed up two groups of cured and improved patients,the recurrence rate were significantly lower than the control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion] Plum blossom needle with the cupping treatment of localized neurodermatitis efficacy was significantly better than the symptomatic treatment of conventional systemic and local external use,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower.
