实施优质护理工作对患者满意度的影响

The Influence of Implementation of Quality Nursing Care to the Patient Satisfaction

[目的]了解实施优质护理后,患者对病区护士工作的满意度的情况,为稳步推进优质护理工作,提高护理质量提供实证依据。[方法]随机抽取我院14个病区的390名患者进行问卷调查,其中观察组为实施优质护理197人,对照组为未实施优质护理193人,采用患者满意度问卷调查表进行比较,通过观察患者对23项优质护理的满意情况,观察两组患者的满意度。[结果]两组患者进行比较后,观察组患者对23项优质护理的满意情况普遍较好,优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。[结论]实施优质护理工作在某些方面能够提高护理质量,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广。

[Objective]Understanding the implementation of quality nursing care,patients on the ward nurses job satisfaction,in order to steadily promote the quality of nursing work,improve the quality of nursing care provided empirical evidence.[Method]The 14 ward of our hospital were randomly selected 390 patients were investigated with a questionnaire,the observation group for the implementation of quality nursing care 197,control group was not implemented quality care for 193 people,using the patient satisfaction questionnaire were compared,through the observation of patients on 23 quality nursing satisfaction situation,observe two groups of patients satisfaction.[Result]The two groups of patients were compared,the patients in the observation group of 23 high quality nursing satisfaction generally better,better than the control group（P0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.[Conclusion]The implementation of high quality nursing work in some ways to improve the quality of nursing care,improve patient satisfaction,worthy of clinical application.
