骨桥蛋白与肝癌关系的研究进展

Relationship between osteopontin and hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 近年来,骨桥蛋白(OPN)在肿瘤生长和转移中的作用引起人们广泛关注。现已发现在多种肿瘤中OPN能够促进肿瘤细胞的生长、转移,增强肿瘤细胞的黏附和迁移能力。在肝癌中,OPN尤其具备良好的诊断灵敏性和特异性,能够有效地判断肝癌患者预后,而抑制OPN表达能够抑制肝癌细胞生长与转移,提示该蛋白可能成为抗肿瘤药物的新靶点,具有潜在的临床应用前景。 In recent years, it has been reported that the osteopontin attracts great attention for its roles in tumor growth and metastasis. In many tumors, osteopontin plays an important role in promoting tumor growth, metastasis and enhancing adhesion and migration abilities. In particular, in hepatocellular carcinoma, osteopontin has very satisfactory sensitivity and specificity in early diagnosis and is relatively effective on prognosis prediction. Suppression osteopontin expression will inhibit liver cancer growth and metastasis, indicating that the osteopontin stays a new target for liver cancer treatment and possesses intangible clinical potential.
