摘要 患者女,34岁,体重65kg。因诊断“急性暴发性心肌炎(acutefulminantmyocarditis,AFM)”于2012年3月11日入院,监护提示间歇性Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞、频发室性早搏、短阵室性心动过速。予吸氧、大剂量升压药物(间羟胺、去甲肾上腺素)、维生素C、
