原发于十二指肠的双重打击淋巴瘤1例报告 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，38岁，人院前20d无明显诱因出现腹胀、呕吐，呕吐物为胃内容物，无呕吐宿夜食物，无喷射性呕吐。无发热、咳嗽、呕血、黑便、腹痛、吞咽困难、头晕、心慌，在当地医院诊疗无明显好转。4d前行胃镜检查发现十二指肠占位性病变，给予禁食、胃肠减压、补液等对症支持治疗。
