热敏灸治疗慢性前列腺炎不同灸位30例

30 cases of Moxibustion Sensation Therapy and Infrared Therapy in Heat-sensitized Mingmen for Chronic Prostatitis Patients

目的:比较热敏灸治疗慢性前列腺炎不同灸位的临床疗效差异。方法:将60例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为热敏腧穴悬灸试验组(以下简称试验组)和非热敏腧穴悬灸对照组(以下简称对照组),治疗组和对照组各30例。试验组采用热敏腧穴温和悬灸治疗,以热敏灸感消失为度,对照组采用非热敏腧穴温和悬灸治疗,每次40min,两组每日2次,共治疗5d,第6d开始每日1次,连续治疗25次,共治疗35次(共30d),于治疗结束后进行疗效评价。结果:与治疗前相比,两组在治疗后症状积分、NIH-CP SI积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与对照组相比,试验组症状积分、NIH-CPSI积分、显愈率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:热敏腧穴悬灸治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效优于非热敏腧穴悬灸,热敏腧穴准确定位能提高灸疗疗效。

Objective：To compare the moxibustion sensation therapy and infrared therapy in heat-sensitized Mingmen for chronic prosta titis patients,and explore the possibility of infrared objective display on heat-sensitized acupoints.Methods： 62 cases of chronic prostati tis were included.Using the Thermal tomography imaging system（TTM） to Shoot the waist infrared thermogram before the treatment.After image-acquisition,62 cases got the suspended moxibustion on Mingmen for 10 minutes,and recorded the cases which generated diather manous and heat expansion.Then the second infrared radiation measurement were given,and write down the change of waist infrared im ages after moxibustion.Compare the detective differences of two methods in heat-sensitized Mingmen for chronic prostatitis patients.Re sults：When the Mingmen heat-sensitized,most of the infrared radiation shown a high temperature characteristics.Compared with moxibustion sensation therapy,the Sensitivity（true positive rate）of 69.2 %,specificity（true negative rate） of 73.9 %,accuracy of 71.0 %;After moxibustion on Mingmen,emerged the enhanced regional of infrared radiation which shown significantly along the middle of the waist vertical proliferation（Governor Vessel） or the lateral diffusion.Compared with moxibustion sensation therapy,the Sensitivity（true posi tive rate）of 88.1 ﹪,specificity（true negative rate） of 80.0 ﹪,accuracy of 85.5 ﹪ Conclusion： To some extent,Mingmen heat-sensitized of chronic prostatitis patients can be objectively shown.The heat-sensitized phenomenon which caused by moxibustion on heat-sensitized acupoints can not only be felt by participants,to a certain extent also can be objective displayed by infrared imaging.
