丹皮酚缓释微丸的制备工艺研究

Study on the Preparation of Paeonol Sustained Release Pellets

目的:以Eudragit NE 30D为包衣材料,制备丹皮酚缓释微丸。方法:应用挤出滚圆机制备丹皮酚素丸和多功能制粒包衣机进行包衣制备缓释微丸,采用单因素法考察缓释微丸的制备工艺参数和包衣工艺参数。结果:体外释放度试验结果显示,所制丹皮酚缓释微丸具有明显的缓释特性。结论:制备的丹皮酚缓释微丸基本符合12 h缓释要求。

Objective： To prepare Paeonol sustained-release pellets coated with Eudragit NE 30D.Methods： Paeonol pellets were pre pared by extrusion-spheronization machine,and coated preparation of sustained-release pellets prepared by multifunctional granulation coating machine,single factor was used to optimize the preparation parameters and coating parameters.Results： the results of in vitro re lease test shows that paeonol sustained-release pellets had a marked sustained-release property.Conclusion： The paeonol sustained re lease pellets prepared by this method can meet the requirements of 12h sustained release.
