大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚寒型模型建立的实验研究

Study in Rats Model with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis of Spleen and Stomach Cold of Insufficiency Type

目的:建立慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚寒型的大鼠动物模型。方法50只大鼠随机分为空白组、氨水对照组、乙醇对照组、综合法造模组,经过不同方法造模后,比较各种造模方法的模型建立效果。结果综合法造模组大鼠在一般形态、体重变化方面与对照组无明显差别,但在胃粘膜病理组织特点方面,较对照组成功,基本符合慢性萎缩性胃炎病理特点。结论采用综合法建立大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚寒型动物模型是一种操作简单、成功率高的造模方法。

Objective： To make the rat model of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach cold of insufficiency type.Methods： 50 rats were randomly divided into the blank control group,ammonia control group,ethanol control group and comprehensive method group,using different methods to make models,to comparison of the different effects on models.Results： Comprehensive method group com pared with the control group,had no significant difference in the general form and weight change,but comprehensive method group bet ter than the control group in pathology of gastric mucosa,basically consistent with chronic atrophic gastritis pathological characteristics.Conclusion：The comprehensive method in making rat model of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach cold of insufficiency type,is a kind of simple operation and high success rate of molding method.
