中医院校《预防医学》课程教学内容设置探析

The Analysis on the Constrction of Teaching Content of Preventive Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine College

目的:比较江西省某中医院校与某西医院校在校大学生预防医学知识的了解与掌握程度,为中医院校《预防医学》课程内容、学时的设置提供依据。方法:以班级为单位,自制问卷从江西省某中医院校与某西医院校已开设预防医学课程的毕业班级中整群抽取350名在校大学生,对预防医学知识的掌握情况进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:某中医院校三本学生预防医学知识的平均成绩为(78.38±11.27)分,该中医院校二本学生预防医学知识的平均成绩为(79.99±10.53)分,西医院校学生预防医学知识的平均成绩为(86.15±9.36)分,三者差异有统计学意义(F=13.48,P<0.01)。其中中医院校二本与三本学生预防医学知识平均成绩差异无统计学意义(q=2.06,p>0.05),中医院校二本、三本均与西医院校学生预防医学知识平均成绩差异有统计学意义(q1=7.79,P1<0.01;q2=9.03,P2<0.01)。该中医院校三本、二本及西医院校大学生预防医学知识的正确率分别为65.32%、66.66%和71.79%。结论:中医院校在校大学生预防医学知识的平均成绩低于西医院校,中医院校学生对《预防医学》现有内容设置满意度较低,说明中医院校《预防医学》内容设置不甚合理,导致中医院校大学生预防医学知识掌握较差,需要构建符合中医药院校特色的《预防医学》教学内容。

Objective：Comparing the degree of mastering and understanding the knowlledge of preventive medicine in TCM（Tradition al Chinese Medicine） college and university of western medicine in Jiangxi province,in order to provide the basis for course content and class set of preventive medicine in TCM college.Methods：The self-made questionnaire survey was conducted among 350 College Stu dents selected by cluster random sampling who have studied preventive medicine in TCM college and university of western medicine in Jiangxi province,and the data was analyzed by statistical software.Results：The average score of the third undergraduate students in TCM college was（78.38±11.27）,the average score of the second undergraduate students in TCM college was（79.99±10.53）,the av erage score of the undergraduate students in university of western medicine was（86.15±9.36）.The difference was statistically signifi cant（F=13.48,P0.01）.The average scores between the second and the third undergraduate students in TCM college was not different（q=2.06,P0.05）.The difference between the second、third undergraduate students in TCM college and undergraduate students in university of western medicine were both statistically significant（q1=7.79,P10.01;q2=9.03,P20.01） Conclusion：The average score of the undergraduate students in TCM college was lower than that in university of western medicine,the undergraduate students in TCM college were not satisfied with the content settings of preventive medicine,which expains that content settings of preventive medi cine was unreasonable.The undergraduate students in TCM college did not well in knowledge of preventive medicine.So the preventive medicine with Chinese medicine characteristics are needed constructed.
