摘要
目的通过检测Stathmin在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达,分析其表达与胃癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法联合应用免疫组化SP法和RT-PCR技术检测34例胃癌及癌旁组织中Stathmin蛋白和mRNA表达情况,并对Stathmin的表达情况与胃癌临床病理特征的关系进行研究。结果胃癌组织中Stathmin的表达较癌旁组织明显升高(P<0.05);Stathmin与胃癌组织分化程度、浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移以及临床分期均相关(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别无关。结论 Stathmin表达与胃癌的恶性生物学行为有关。
Objective： To explore the expression of Stathmin in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues. The relationships be- tween Stathmin and clinical pathologic characteristic of gastric cancer were analyzed. Methods： The expression of Stathmin was detected in 35 stomach carcinomatous tissues and 35 adjacent tissues by using immunohistochemistry SP method and RT- PCR technique. The relationship between the expression of both gastric cancer and the elinicopathological characteristics was analyzed. Results ： The expression of Stathmin increased more significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） in gastric cancer tissues compared to the adjacent tissues; the over-expression of Stathminin gastric cancer was positively related to the differentiated degrees of the tissues, the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis and clinical stages （P 〈 0.05）. However, it was not related to the patient＇s age or sex （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The upregnlating level of Stathmin is significantly correlated with some malignant behaviours of gastric cancer.
