MBT直丝弓矫治器在唇腭裂患者正畸治疗中的应用

The application of MBT straight wire appliance in orthodontic treatment for cleft lip and palate patients

目的使用MBT直丝弓矫治器对唇腭裂患者进行正畸治疗并进行疗效分析。方法选择唇腭裂病例27例,采用MBT直丝弓矫治器进行治疗,对治疗前后患者的头影测量项目进行分析。结果治疗后患者的ANB角、NA-PA角、U1-SN角、N'-Sn-Pos角及UL-E距离较治疗前显著增大,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后Cm-Sn-UL角、U1-L1角及L1-E距离显著减小,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MBT直丝弓矫治器能显著改善唇腭裂患者的软硬组织侧貌及上前牙舌倾。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of MBT straight wire appliance on orthodontic treatment for cleft lip and palate patients. Methods： Twenty-seven eases with cleft lip and palate were selected. Each of them was treated by MBT straight wire appliance. The related data about X-ray lateral skull films was measured before and after treatment. Results： The angle of ANB, NA-PA, U1-SN, N＇-Sn-Pos and the distance of UL-E increased significantly after treatment. The angel of Cm-Sn-UL, U1-L1 and the distance of L1-E decreased significantly after treatment. Conclusion： Facial profile and axis of up incisors are greatly improved after orthodontic treatment by MBT straight wire appliance in cleft lip and palate pa- tients.
