5例改良赛丁格引导颈外静脉置入经外周穿刺的中心静脉导管的护理

Nursing of 5 patients with PICC guided by modified Seldinger technique

目的探讨改良赛丁格(the modified seldinger technique,MST)引导的颈外静脉置入经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)的临床应用效果。方法选择5例在本院住院需长期静脉治疗的静脉置管困难的晚期癌症患者应用改良赛丁格引导颈外静脉置入PICC。结果 5例患者均1次置管成功,输液通畅,留置期间无并发症。结论改良赛丁格引导的颈外静脉置入PICC,有效解决了晚期癌症患者因静脉置管困难影响治疗的问题,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of PICC guided by modified Seldinger technique（MST）into the external jugular vein.Method 5 advanced cancer patients who required long-term intravenous treatment and had difficult in venous catheter were chosen for PICC catheteration guided by MST into the external jugular vein.Results The catheteration of PICC for the 5 patients were successful for one time,with the success rate 100%.The infusion was smooth and no complications were found during catheteration.Conlusions PICC guided by MST into the external jugular vein may effectively solve the problem in intravenous treatment of advanced cancer patients.It is worth clinical application.
