人脐带间充质干细胞传代后发生染色体核型变异 被引量：1

摘要 据文献报道人脐带间充质干细胞传代10次以上染色体核型分析都正常,我们在研究中发现,一例人脐带间充质干细胞传代到第8代,发生了染色体核型变异。现报道如下。 It is reported human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells passaged more than 10 chromosome analysis is normal.We found in the study,one case of human umbilical cord mesenchymalstem cells occurred karyotype variation after passaged to the 8th generation.Now we reported as below.
