HLA-G5调节性T细胞在羊水过少孕妇中的表达差异 被引量:2

The expression differences of HLA-G5+regulatory T cells in patients with oligohydramnios

摘要 目的通过比较正常足月妊娠产妇和同期羊水过少产妇胎盘组织及外周血中人类白细胞抗原-G5(HLA-G5)的不同表达,旨在研究该免疫因子在母婴循环中的意义。方法通过流式细胞学技术,选择20例羊水过少产妇及15例同期正常产妇,检测HLA-G5因子在胎盘和外周血组织中的数值的表达,分析其在羊水过少发生中的意义。结果实验组(羊水过少产妇)与对照组(正常产妇)胎盘组织中CD4+HLA-G5+T淋巴细胞分别为0.68±0.32,1.91±1.14(P<0.05),而CD8+HLA-G5+T淋巴细胞所占比例分别为67.52±15.99,67.52±15.99(P<0.05).实验组与对照组外周血中分别对照分析结果均为(P>0.05)。结论 HLA-G5+在胎盘中的低表达可能与羊水过少的发生有关,对母胎液体交换有意义。 Objective: By observing the expression differences of human leukocyte antigen G5(HLA-G5) between the placenta and peripheral blood from patients with normal pregnancy and oligohydramnios,investigate the significance of HLA-G5 in homeostasis of maternal-fetal fluid.Methods:Using the flow cytometer to study the differernces between 20 cases of oligohydramnios group(experimental group) and 15 cases of normal labor group(control group).Results: The levels of CD4+ HLA-G5+T in the placenta from patients with experimental group and control group had reached at 0.68±0.32,1.91±1.14(P〈0.05),the levels of CD8+ HLA-G5+T in the placenta from patients had reached at 67.52±15.99,67.52±15.99(P〈0.05);The levels of CD4+ HLA-G5+T and CD8+ HLA-G5+T in the peripheral blood from patients are similar(P〈0.05).Conclusion: The low expression of HLA-G5+ in the placenta may be related to the oligohydramnios,meaningful for the homeostasis of maternal-fetal fluid.
