输卵管妊娠的临床与CT表现特点(附六例)

目的探讨输卵管妊娠的临床和CT表现的特点。方法分析6例经手术病理证实的输卵管妊娠的临床资料和CT表现。结果 6例输卵管妊娠发生于壶腹部3例、峡部2例、伞部1例。CT表现为附件区不规则形囊实性混杂密度包快,内见高密度出血灶5例,孕囊1例,盆腔高密度血性积液4例。增强扫描软组织包快轻到中度不均匀强化,高密度出血灶基本无强化,1例孕囊边缘明显环形强化。2例子宫略增大。结论附件区不规则形囊实性混杂密度包快,内见高密度出血灶、孕囊,同时伴有腹盆腔高密度积液为输卵管妊娠的典型CT表现。

Objective： To explore the clinical and tubal pregnancy CT manifestations of characteristics.Methods： To analyze the 6 cases of surgical pathology of tubal pregnancy clinical data and CT manifestations.Results： Happened in 6 cases of tubal pregnancy pot belly 3 cases,isthmus,2 cases,umbrella department in 1.CT shows for the accessories area of irregular form pouch or solid mixed densities bag fast,see high density in 5 cases focal bleeding,and pregnant capsule in 1,and pelvic cavity accumulates fluid high density hemorrhagic 4 cases.Enhance scanning soft tissue bag fast with mild to moderate uneven strengthening,high density bleeding without strengthening basic foci,and 1 case were obviously improved edge with ring.2 cases of uterine slightly increased.Conclusion： Accessories area of irregular form solid density were mixed bag fast,high density bleeding in the kitchen,see at sac,at the same time with pelvic cavity accumulates fluid for abdominal high density of tubal pregnancy typical CT manifestations.
