早产儿真菌感染的诊治和预防研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着围产医学技术的进步,早产儿的存活率逐步提高,而早产儿真菌感染日益受到新生儿重症监护中心(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)医务人员的关注。研究显示:极低出生体重儿真菌性败血症的发病率从2.6%上升至10%[1],往往起病隐匿,临床症状不典型,易被漏诊误诊。
