先天性膈疝和先天性肺发育不全的遗传学进展

摘要 先天性膈疝常常与严重的肺气道和肺血管发育异常同时存在,许多幸存的先天性膈疝患儿也常因严重的呼吸困难而于生后不久死亡。先天性膈疝和先天性肺发育不全存在某些遗传学方面的联系,目前对先天性膈疝的发生机制研究相对成熟,先天性膈疝的研究方法对先天性肺发育不全的研究有借鉴意义。
