摘要
本文着重探讨了上海少子·高龄化的劳动力效果及其对经济可持续发展的影响 ,指出迅速发展的少子·高龄化 ,将使上海从 2 0 10年开始出现劳动力减少和供给不足矛盾 ,并导致劳动力流动性下降 ,失业风险增大 ,影响经济增长 ,不利经济可持续发展。上海应该未雨绸缪 ,从现在起就要采取措施 ,力争缓解少子·高龄化矛盾 ,适应少子·高龄化社会 。
This paper discusses the labor force effect of Shanghai population thansition aging and its impact on economical sustainable development.It is pointed that the rapid development of population transition aging will result in the reduction and undersupply contradiction of labor force fluidity in Shanghai from the year of 2010,and that it will also cause the decline of labor force and accrete the venture of unemployment,which are unfavorable for economical rise and economical sustainable development.Shanghai should take precautions,form then on,taking measurement and working hard to relieve the population transition aging contradiction and adapting to the population transition aging society in order to realize the economical sustainable development in the future.
