摘要
根据地区电网备用调度体系建设和信息容灾体系建设需要,文章分析了目前泉州电力通信网不满足容灾要求的主要原因,合理选取地区通信第二汇聚点,分别详尽地阐述了地区电力光传输网、调度交换网、调度数据网、综合数据网、通信网管的优化调整方案和容灾通道组织,最终构建了层次清晰、安全可靠、经济高效的泉州电力通信网容灾体系架构,确保主调失效时,第二汇聚点无需通过第一汇聚点仍可实现对调度对象信息(调度电话、调度数据、通信设备状态信息)的可靠采集。
According to the needs of construction of the regional power grid backup dispatching system and the information disaster recovery system, this paper analyzes the main reason for Quanzhou power communication network that can not meet disaster recovery requirements, selects the second convergence point of the regional communication network reasonably, respectively describes the optimization scheme and channel organization structure of the regional fiber transmission network, dispatching switching network, dispatching data network, data communication network, communication network management system, builds the disaster recovery system architecture of Quanzhou electric power communication network, then the second convergence point can still achieve reliable acquisition of dispatching object information(dispatching phone, dispatching data, communication equipment status information) when the main node fails.
