慢盆消炎方对慢性子宫内膜炎模型大鼠IL-2、MMP-2及TIMP-2的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Manpenxiaoyan Decocion on the Expression of IL-2,MMP-2,and TIMP-2 in Chronic Endometritis Rats

摘要 目的:观察慢盆消炎方对慢性子宫内膜炎(CE)模型大鼠IL-2、MMP-2及TIMP-2的影响。方法:采用混合菌株联合支原体接种法制作慢性子宫内膜炎大鼠模型,给予慢盆消炎方灌胃治疗,观察大鼠子宫及内膜组织病理改变,检测血清IL-2水平及子宫组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)的表达差异。结果:慢盆消炎方能改善慢性子宫内膜炎模型大鼠子宫的组织损害,提高血清IL-2含量,降低子宫内膜组织MMP-2表达及调节MMP-2/TIMP-2比值。结论:慢盆消炎方对CE模型大鼠具有显著治疗作用,减少细胞外基质(ECM)和血管基底膜降解是其作用机制。 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanisms of Manpenxiaoyan Decoction (MPXYD) on rat with chronic endometritis. Methods: Rat models with chronic endometritis were established by inoculating admixed bacteria into endometrium and mycoplasma into vagina. Seventy SD model rats were randomly divided in- to 7 groups: blank control group, model group, Fulechongji group, doxycycline group, and low-,medium-,and high-dose MPXYD groups,10 in each. Each group was intragastrically given the corresponding agents. Pathologi- cal changes of the endometrium were observed. The serum level of IL-2 and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and tissue inhihitors of meralloproteinase-2(TIMP-2) in endometrial tissue were determined. Results: MPXYD reduced inflammatory cell infiltration in endometrium, elevated IL-2,and reduced the expression of MMP-2 and the ratio of MMP-2 to TIMP-2. Conclusion: MPXYD may cure chronic endometritis by reducing in- flammation and degrading basement membrane of blood vessels.
